- .Shipping rates are based on where the product is being sent to.
- I currently only ship to US states, but I will happily look into shipping outside the US, please message me directly for more info and price change.
- For an extra fee I will offer a faster shipping rate, please message me directly and I can let you know what expedited shipping options are available for your area.
- If you are purchasing this product as a gift please message me directly. I can include a small personal card.
- Expected arrival time depends on the piece you are buying, if the piece is available to purchase on the website, then it is available to ship next day. However, if you have purchased a custom item, it can take 1-2 weeks before it ships out because of the process it takes to make each piece.

Return and Refund Policy
- A refund will be issued in the event that a piece should arrive to you damaged, with proof of purchase.
- If you are unhappy with the piece you purchased, I will offer an exchange of equal or lesser value, or store credit. With proof of purchase.
- Please contact me on the home page of this website to start any refund process, we can further work out the exact details of shipping pieces back and issuing a refund, store credit, or another piece of equal or lesser value.
